DCHD is inviting former Crozer patients and community members to attend its free “Navigating Our Health Care System: Supporting One Another During Changing Times” event on Monday, September 8, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Delaware County Wellness Center, 125 Chester Avenue, Yeadon, PA 19050. The event is free, open to the public, and available on a walk-in basis only. Attendees are encouraged to bring a cell phone and a valid ID if they would like to receive assistance in obtaining their medical records.
West Nile Virus Alerts: DCHD's West Nile Virus Program monitors and controls mosquito populations to protect public health, using targeted adulticide sprays when positive mosquito pools are detected. CHIP: The Delaware County Health Department (DCHD) is pleased to announce the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) 2024-2028, a strategic guide to address key health priorities in the county. Developed through a comprehensive assessment and community collaboration.
