Right to Know

The Delaware County Conservation District is subject to Pennsylvania’s Right to Know Law, 65 P.S. § 67.101, et seq., which gives the public access to certain public records of governmental bodies.
 

Submitting a Right to Know Request

A request under the Right to Know Law may be submitted in hardcopy or by e-mail to:
