Judicial Registration Dates: April 13th, April 14th, and April 15th 10AM to 3PM

Judicial Sale list will be available one month prior to the May 14, 2026 sale.

** Please note if you plan to bid for both the Cont. Judicial Sale and the Upset Sale both sets of conditions of sale need to be read and signed prior to registering **

** Registration is limited to the first 120 bidders and will be closed after that limit of bidders are registered. The registration dates and times are listed above. Again, once the 120 bidder limit is met registration will close regardless of the day **

** The $1,000.00 registration fee must be a certified check or money order. It can be made payable to the bidder or Tax Claim Bureau. You could also leave it blank.
