The Delaware County Health Department (DCHD) is responsible for licensing and inspecting food facilities such as restaurants, supermarkets, school cafeterias, and other retail operations. In addition, annual inspections are made at nursing homes, daycares, schools, camps, and campgrounds to ensure facilities are complaint with state and county regulations.

The DCHD also conducts investigations of food and institution-base illnesses.

If you become sick after eating at a food establishment, witness unsatisfactory conditions or believe there is an issue that requires investigation, please let us know by using the links below. Complaint investigated and kept confidential.
