COSA Offers WISE Senior Program at Aston Public Library Starting October 16  

Delaware County, PA — Are you over the age of 60 and WISE? Let’s celebrate this stage of our lives. The Delaware County Office of Services for the Aging (COSA) is working collaboratively with the PA Department of Aging to offer the award-winning evidence-based WISE (Wellness Initiative for Senior Education) program developed by the New Jersey Prevention Network.

This six-session program will be held at the Aston Public Library (3270 Concord Road, Aston, PA 19014) and covers a wide range of topics including the aging process, stress management, strategies for healthy living, and medication management. The program uses an interactive approach to help seniors celebrate this exciting stage of life, make healthy lifestyle choices, and feel more confident and in control of their lives.
