It's a Team Effort

Delaware County elections are conducted through the combined efforts of the Board of Elections and the Bureau of Elections, which is comprised of several departments, including the Bureau of Elections, Voter Registration, and Voting Machines. Each department works diligently to ensure that elections are run efficiently and accurately.

The Board of Elections is comprised of three individuals appointed to a two-year term by County Council.

Bureau of Elections
Laureen Hagan, Chief Clerk

The Bureau of Elections is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information to voters, Election Day preparations and the processing of mail-in and absentee ballots.

Voter Registration
Crystal Winterbottom, Chief Clerk of Voter Registration

Voter Registration is responsible for processing voter registration applications and maintaining accurate voter registration records and responding to inquiries about the status of pending and registered voters.

Voting Machine Department
Jackie Dunn, Chief Custodian/Voting Machine Warehouse Supervisor

The Voting Machine Department is responsible for the storage, security, programming, testing, and delivery of all voting equipment distributed to 428 Delaware County precincts in over 300 polling locations.
