ATTENTION JURORS:

Please be advised that the Delaware County Jury Services eResponse system will be unavailable from Friday, October 9, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. through the end of the day on October 16, 2020 as the system will be undergoing annual maintenance.

We apologize for the temporary inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

You will not have access to the site until the maintenance is complete. You may wait until the site is active to complete your questionnaire online or you may complete the questionnaire and mail it in the self-addressed, stamped envelope which was provided with your Summons documents.

If you need immediate attention or have questions, feel free to contact Jury Services at delcojury@co.delaware.pa.us or leave a voicemail message by phone 610-891-4620 and your call will be responded to promptly.

Welcome to the Delaware County eResponse Jury System. Please click the Juror eResponse, log in using the credentials found on your Summons, and then complete and submit the questionnaire. You will need your "Juror ID Number" which is located directly below your name. By doing so, you will be able to more easily confirm your service, update contact information, find juror information, or request assistance. If you have signed up for eResponse alerts, you will receive an email if there are any changes to your scheduled jury service date/time. You may also call 610-891-4067 after 4:30 p.m. the day before your service date to verify the need for your appearance. You will need your "Standby Juror Number" located below your ID number to find out if you are needed to appear for service. A pre-recorded message will inform whether or not to report for jury duty.
