Effective January 31, 2018, a “Notice of Language Rights” form will be a required attachment to any court-related (hearing/trial) scheduling notice. It is not required for conferences and not required for continuance requests. This new policy applies to filings in the Orphans’ Court only. It does not apply to filings in the Register of Wills office.
It is you the person filing in the Orphans’ Court who is responsible for compliance with this new requirement.
