The mission of the Delaware County Health Department is to make the county a healthy place to live, work and play. The prevention of illness and injury, education around vaccines, personal safety, and gaps in health equity are fundamental public health issues that impact our residents. Our charge is to ensure the quality and accessibility of health services and provide information to support each resident in their efforts to enjoy a healthier lifestyle.
