Payments are accepted online. Applications may only be accepted in person, by mail, or by email. To mail your application or visit our office in person, use this address 1510 Chester Pike Eddystone PA 19022. To email your application please use this address environmental@co.delaware.pa.us.
Your packet is not complete unless you receive an email confirmation of your payment from municipay AND you have submitted your application in person, by mail, or by email. Emailed applications are accepted in the form of a Word document or pdf document only. Jpeg documents or photos of applications will not be accepted.

Yes. Your routine and annual inspections will monitor your compliance with the DCHD Health Codes. For a copy of our Codes, please visit here.
Our EHS are within the Codes to conduct an unannounced inspection. They must present their ID and purpose of inspection once they arrive on site and before conducting the inspection.
Yes. You are required to submit a Temporary Food Place Application and fee a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the event. Once your application is approved, the event will be required to have an on-site inspection.
