Delco Revive, a program coordinated by the Delaware County Health Department, is paid for through the Opioid Settlement Fund. This program focuses on education and distribution of harm reduction materials to organizations, schools, businesses, and individual community members throughout Delaware County. This program disseminates Narcan, xylazine test strips, and, fentanyl test strips as well as Stop the Bleed kits to schools and businesses that complete the training.

Delco Revive also implements:

American Heart Association Basic Life Support CPR training

Stop the Bleed training
