Division of Administrative Support
The Division of Administrative Support plans, directs, and coordinates the Health Department administrative support activities. The department maintains systems to ensure that the daily operations of the health department run smoothly and efficiently. Staff in the Bureau of Administrative support are responsible for all finance functions, including budgeting, grant-writing, and accounts payable and receivable; information technology hardware, software, and individual and system support; procurement of office equipment and supplies; and human resources services including recruitment, retention, workforce development, promotion, and conflict resolution.
