Interpreter Request and Waiver Forms

 

Interpreter Requests for the 32nd Judicial District:
Please click the link below to access the appropriate Interpreter Request Form from The Unified Judicial System of Pennsylvania webpage.  Request forms are available in “fillable” format and can be completed by typing in the appropriate information then saving to your computer.  Forms can also be downloaded, printed, and completed in blue or black pen.

It is recommended that you please forward your completed Interpreter Request Form by email to the Language Access Coordinator inbox: LanguageAccessCoordinator@co.delaware.pa.us .  If you do not have access to email, please mail your completed Interpreter Request form to the appropriate area based on the reason for your court appearance.

Once your Interpreter Request Form is received, it will be forwarded to an Interpreter Scheduler.

32nd Judicial District Language Access Plan 
The attached Language Access Plan provides a framework for the timely and effective language assistance to Limited English Proficiency (LEP) persons and deaf and hard of hearing persons who come in contact with the 32nd Judicial District.

Any LEP, deaf or hard of hearing individual has the right to file a complaint against the 32nd Judicial District when he or she believed that the 32nd Judicial District did not provide the necessary LEP or sign language services.  Please follow the link below for more information regarding the Pennsylvania Courts Language Services Complaint Procedure.
