Ask the Sheriff / File a Complaint

Ask the Sheriff is an opportunity for residents of Delaware County to send questions directly to Sheriff Sanders about any aspect of the operations of the Sheriff’s Office.

Persons with complaints about any service provided by uniformed or administrative employees of the Sheriff’s Office can use this link to put their complaints/concerns in writing. Or, they can call the Sheriff’s Office at 610-891-4309. Tell the person answering the phone that you wish to file a complaint or have a concern and briefly state what the matter is about. If an official of the Sheriff’s Office is not immediately available, you will be asked to leave your name and number and you will be contacted later.
