Registration is limited to the first 120 bidders and will close once 120 bidders are registered. Registration will be held August 26, 2024, August 27, 2024, August 28, 2024 from 10:00am - 3:00pm or until we reach 120 Bidders.
Upset Price Sale list will be advertised in the Spirit Paper August 14, 2024, Philadelphia Inquirer August 15, 2024, Delaware County Legal Journal August 16, 2024.
Registrants must print out and bring in completed application, affidavit (must be notarized) and conditions of sale. Bring fully completed forms to the office on designated registration days/times listed above.
