Insurance Changes to your Behavioral Health Services Effective July 1, 2022

Magellan Behavioral Health of Pennsylvania, Inc. (Magellan) will no longer be the Delaware County Medicaid (HealthChoices) provider for Behavioral Health needs after June 30, 2022. Effective July 1, 2022, Community Care Behavioral Health will become the Medicaid (HealthChoices) contractor for Delaware County Behavioral Health needs.

You and your family member (s) will continue to have your behavioral health needs met by Magellan until June 30, 2022. Should you or your family member have any questions prior to July 1, 2022, Magellan can be contacted by phone at 1-888-207-2911 or through the PA Relay at 711 for deaf or hard of hearing members.

Starting July 1, 2022, Community Care Behavioral Health will be you or your family member(s) Behavioral Health Provider. You should expect to receive a new member handbook from Community Care Behavioral Health, soon after the July 1, 2022, transition. Should you or your family member(s) have any questions after July 1, 2022, please contact Community Care Behavioral Health at 1-833-577-2682, en Española 1-866-229-3187 or through the PA Relay at 711 for deaf or hard of hearing members.
