Applications must be received Tuesday by 5 p.m.

Online or paper applications to vote with a mail-in or absentee ballot must be received by the Delaware County Elections Department by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 11, in order to vote-by-mail in the 2021 Municipal Primary.

In-person applications will continue to be processed through 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 11, at the Voter Service Center located at the Delaware County Government Center at 201 W. Front St., in Media.

All registered voters may participate in the May 18, 2021 Municipal Primary. Democratic and Republican voters’ ballots will include candidates and four referendum questions. Non-partisan and third-party ballots will include only the referendum questions. The referendum questions include three proposed amendments to the Pennsylvania Constitution and a question on whether to allow volunteer fire/emergency agencies to borrow funds.

Mail-in ballots may be returned at any of the County’s 41 secured drop boxes through 8 p.m. on Election Day on Tuesday, May 18. Mail-in and absentee ballots returned through the US Postal Service must be received by the Elections Department no later than 8 p.m. on Election Day, regardless of postmark.

check their registration status,
access Vote-by-Mail ballot application status,
find resources for military and overseas voters,
link to the online Vote-by-Mail application.

Voters can also check the status of Vote-by-Mail ballot requests at www.pavoterservices.pa.gov/Pages/BallotTracking.aspx

Any voter who receives a mail-in or absentee ballot and decides later to vote in-person must present the mail-in ballot at the voter’s precinct polling place to receive and vote a new ballot at their polling place.
