The Delaware County COVID-19 Task Force is closely following the recommendations of the CDC and Pennsylvania Department of Health regarding Moderna and Johnson and Johnson COVID-19 vaccine boosters. The Task Force will be ready to administer Moderna and Johnson and Johnson boosters to the community as soon as they are authorized.

Recommendations will follow the same guidelines as the Pfizer booster: Individuals 65 and older as well as those 18 - 64 with underlying medical conditions or who are at high risk of exposure because of their jobs are eligible for a vaccine. The booster will be given at a 6-month interval from the last dose.
