Members of the public safety community and residents are invited to attend a presentation on the findings of the "Delaware County Emergency Radio System Assessment and Conceptual Design" report on Jan. 28 at 6pm in the County Council Public Meeting Room. (201 West Front St., Media, PA)

*Please use the side entrance to the Government Center, located on Orange Street between Front and 3rd Streets.

VComm Telecommunications Engineering firm will provide the results of their comprehensive evaluation of Delaware County’s Emergency Communications network and a framework to modernize the County’s public safety capabilities.

The presentation will include a review of the County’s current radio communication capabilities and options available to improve service, security and safety. The report will also provide an estimate on the cost of migrating to a public safety radio frequency band.
