Salary: $44,000 annual
This position is the primary liaison for grant management within a Division. This role is the conduit between programming team and Division Administrator as well as between Division and grant management Financial Clerk. Under direction of the Division Administrator, Program Coordinators are entrusted with achieving grant reporting requirements and facilitating grant communications.
Liaising between programming team and Division Administrator on program-related details
Liaising between Division and Financial Clerk on fiscal matters
Administering grant contracts to ensure compliance with contract and deliverables
Tracking grant program status on behalf of Division Administrator
Non-financial grant reporting
Grant program time tracking reporting verification
Administering contracts
Coordinating with Programming team on grant budget-related matters
Participating in grant programming status meetings
Working closely with Division Administrative Assistant and programming team to identify grant-related purchases
Developing templates, procedures, and processes to improve programming workflow and function
Additional duties as assigned

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Grant coordination experience preferred
Experience with State or Federal grant programs preferred
Experience with Intergovernmental Agreements preferred
*The selected candidate will be required to obtain, at their own expense, 3 forms of clearance, including PA State Police Criminal History Record Check; PA Child Abuse History; and FBI Criminal History Background Check including finger printing prior to employment.
