Job Opening: Deputy Sealer

Salary: $21.68 Hourly / $39,457.60 Annually
Shift: Office hours 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, 35-hour work week
To Inspect all devices that are required under Federal & State law
Inspect devices
Create a report for inspection listing all devices and results of testing
Maintain a record of devices, testing dates, pass / fail information, and date of inspection
Attends classes for certification of each device category
Assists the State inspectors on inspection of devices requiring equipment not owned by Delaware County Weights & Measures
Perform other related duties as required
Wears clothing identifying DELCO Weights & Measures at all times
High school graduate or equivalent
Strong math skills
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Must have a PA driver's license
