The County Facilities Management Department is responsible for the daily operation of county buildings, equipment, janitorial and grounds at the Courthouse & Government Center Complex, the Emergency Communications Center, the Juvenile Detention Center and other county-owned buildings. The department, with an in house staff, provides services such as, but not limited to the following:

• Routine Building Maintenance
• Custodial Services
• Grounds Care/Snow Removal
• Departmental Renovations and Re-Locations
• Furniture Design and Installation
• Maintaining Environmental and Building Safety Controls
• Works with County Police to Maintain Building Security and CCTV Equipment
• Works with Central Purchasing to implement Contracts for Services/Supplies to save County Funds wherever possible
• Works with the EPA to maintain our Buildings in such a way to protect our Environment
• Works with Utility Companies to conserve our Natural Resources
