1967 the state legislature created the Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) to advocate on behalf of current and future public transit customers.
The Citizens Advisory Commission is an independent body that provides feedback on policy and planning issues, including fares and routes. They meet with SEPTA management, including the General Manager, to help SEPTA provide best-in-class transportation services that meets or exceeds rising customer expectations.
To be considered, individuals must:
Be a resident Delaware County
Be a regular SEPTA rider,
Have a passion for the region and public transportation,
Be willing to meet twice a month with a great team of SEPTA customers committed to improving public transit services in our region.
