Salary: $32,253 Annually / $16.54 Hourly
High School Graduate or Equivalent
2-3 years of previous experience as a Maintenance Worker or other comparable work experience. Valid PA Driver’s License
Rough pipe fitting
To some degree, installing plumbing fixtures and repairing/replacing fixtures and assisting Plumber
Painting-apply paint, varnish, and enamels, preparing surfaces for painting
Hanging/finishing drywall
To some degree, performing carpentry work and assisting Carpenter
Repair/replace defective electrical switches/outlets, assist Electrician
Finish cement floors
Patching block and brick walls, cementing stairs, sidewalks, caulking, changing filters
Remove ice and snow from sidewalks, steps and courtyard
Operate motor vehicles including trucks, tractors, forklifts, etc.
