REGISTERING BY MAIL

To register to vote, simply download a blank voter registration form [English, Spanish, Traditional Chinese, Vietnamese] and mail it to the Delaware County Voter Registration department in Media, PA. The application must be received no later than April 8, 2024, to register for the April 23, 2024 Primary Election. Note that an online application can be submitted as late as 11:59 p.m.

All applications must be complete, accurate, and include your signature.

Please note! Following these “register by mail” instructions will register you to vote and allow you to vote in-person at your designated polling place on Election Day, Tuesday, April 23, 2024. However, if your intention is to cast your vote with a Vote-by-Mail ballot, then you must also submit a separate Vote-by-Mail application (either a mail-in ballot or absentee ballot application). Military and Overseas Citizens

If you are an active duty member of the Uniformed Services or Merchant Marine absent from your voting residence, an eligible spouse or family member of an active duty member of the Uniformed Services or Merchant Marine, a hospitalized or bedridden veteran or a U.S. citizen residing outside the country, you can register online or by mail at any time. The deadline to register is two weeks before the election.
